第三阶段 2018-2022 “融”文旅阶段

跨界融合、创新思维，为传统文旅注入新的活力。

当时间来到2018年，随着我们好几个项目的落地，市场的拓展开始进入到了一些传统开发商领域。这一段时期，政策调整、市场收缩以及商业模式的改变，我们的文旅景观设计领域也出现了相应的变化。一些地产类的开发商也开始进行多元化的拓展。我们在之前文旅项目里面积累的重要经验。让我们接触到了新型开发的类型。

在这个阶段，我们也更加注重团队的协同作战和专业化发展。我们会根据项目的特点和需求，组建不同专业的团队，进行联合作战，以实现更加高效、专业的设计服务。同时，我们也会加强团队的培训和学习，提高团队的综合素质和专业能力，以应对不断变化的市场和设计需求。

在这样的城市核心的新文旅景观设计应该不断探索新的设计思路和手法，以满足市场不断变化的需求。通过跨界融合、创新思维，为传统文旅注入新的活力以创造出更具吸引力的景观空间。我们更加关注新兴的文化元素和潮流，将其与文旅景观设计相结合，设计与运营的融合更好的呈现出营造现代商业氛围。这个阶段我们尝试在设计中融入更多的创意和创新元素，通过创新的手法和技术，将文化、艺术、科技等元素融入到景观元素中，为游客提供更加丰富的体验。

At this stage, we try to integrate more creative and innovative elements into the design, and integrate culture, art, technology and other elements into the landscape elements through innovative techniques and technologies, so as to provide visitors with a richer experience.

余姚阳明古镇｜ YUYAO YANGMING ANCIENT TOWN

良知源头、心学圣地

一幅别具匠心的古镇画卷

王阳明在中国文化的历史长河中，占据着举足轻重的地位。他创立的阳明心学，对传统儒学进行了深入改革，对后世影响深远且传播至海外。在他的家乡余姚，余姚开投蓝城投资开发有限公司启动了余姚阳明古镇项目。该项目位于整个余姚老城的心脏地带，府前路片区。在余姚阳明古镇的总体规划中，它被定位为塑造王阳明之后时代的颂歌。

多方团队入驻，并对场地进行考察。原有场地建筑改造复杂，文保建筑采取修旧如旧，街区衔接用风貌复兴，中心与末端加新建筑。在建筑团队对现场的古建进行保护性提升以及新建的同时，我们团队研读“阳明心学”并围绕建筑的本体心灵治愈之旅的主线寻找环境和建筑的统一风格，达到美感的平衡。

Multi-party teams settled in and inspected the site. The original site building renovation is complex, the cultural preservation building is repaired as old, the block connection is revived with style, and new buildings are added to the center and end. While the architectural team carried out protective enhancement and new construction of the ancient buildings on the site, our team studied "Yangming Xinxue" and looked for the unified style of the environment and architecture around the main line of the building's ontological healing journey, so as to achieve a balance of beauty.

保留现场原有的机理并着力于创造主题环境，以再现空间、叙事空间、精神空间三类场所。为了融入手工，零售，健身，形成现代多样性的社区生活活动，团队利用陈列面的露出和主动线广场景观结合，巧妙地融入了氛围营造的元素，将府前路历史文脉转化成不同客群的个人记忆；序列感的治愈效果为游客营造出一种既熟悉又新颖的文化氛围。

Retain the original mechanism of the site and focus on creating a thematic environment to reproduce three types of places: space, narrative space and spiritual space. In order to integrate handicraft, retail, fitness, and form modern and diverse community life activities, the team used the exposure of the display surface and the active line square landscape to skillfully integrate the elements of atmosphere creation, transforming the historical context of Fuqian Road into the personal memories of different customer groups; The healing effect of the sense of sequence creates a cultural atmosphere that is both familiar and novel for visitors.

@施工过程 CONSTRUCTION PROCESS

在多方的磨合和共同努力下，EPC模式（设计采购施工一体化）使整个工程快速推进，阳明古镇最终呈现出了一份充满了文化底蕴的设计画卷。建成落地的阳明古镇已经对游客开放运营，展现出巧妙而和谐的空间形态，使得古镇焕发新的生机，仿佛在一瞬间，曾经消逝的繁华与辉煌都在这里重现，给游客带来更好的体验。

With the joint efforts of many parties, the EPC model (integration of design, procurement and construction) has made the whole project advance rapidly, and Yangming Ancient Town finally presents a design picture full of cultural heritage. The completed Yangming Ancient Town has been opened to tourists for operation, showing an ingenious and harmonious spatial form, making the ancient town rejuvenated, as if in an instant, the once disappearing prosperity and splendor are reproduced here, bringing a better experience to tourists.

这座古镇的改造之旅，以城市更新为核心，同时融入了现代商业运作，激发区域更多的潜力。团队在阳明古镇项目中的景观设计思路，包括保留现场原有的机理，创造主题环境，以通过丰富的业态设置结合余姚母城古镇的改造，运用历史镶嵌与抽象融合的创新手法，既充分尊重历史，又体现出余姚现代精神的发展。将阳明心学这一深刻的哲学精神转化为大众语言，融合进城市生活中。阳明古镇见证旧街巷在承载古老记忆的同时，无疑呈现出众多的可能性。

Through rich business settings combined with the transformation of the ancient town of Yuyao's mother city, using the innovative method of historical mosaic and abstract fusion, it not only fully respects history, but also reflects the development of Yuyao's modern spirit. Transform the profound philosophical spirit of Yangming Mindology into the public language and integrate it into urban life. Yangming Ancient Town witnesses that the old streets and alleys undoubtedly present many possibilities while carrying ancient memories.

泰禾福州湾｜ TAHOE FUZHOU BAY

风卷云舒，

2017年，我个人在罗朗景观成立了一个PYX设计工作室，这个工作室主要是承接一些地产开发商的项目。期间我带团队做了一个规模很大的在城市核心区的文旅项目，就是泰禾集团开发的第一个文旅综合体，是一个类似华侨城开发的城市项目，当时的任务要求是在一年时间内完成所有方案和施工图设计，真是个“大”单。

福州坐拥青山碧水，历史悠久，文化古迹保存完整，旅游产业发展良好。泰禾福州湾作为一个泰禾集团开发的城市旅游度假综合体开发项目，位于有着“福州陆家嘴”之称的三江口“新商务中心”，坐拥交通、教育、艺术、金融等千亿政策红利，致力于打造为福州文旅综合体的旗帜产品。

我们提取了“海上丝绸之路”的元素，将“风、云”的概念抽象化融合当地的坊巷船政文化成一体；旨在创造一个现代城市肌理，通过流动性图案和色彩表现出福州湾海丝寻梦记的主题。

We extracted the elements of the "Maritime Silk Road", abstracted the concepts of "wind and clouds" and integrated them into the local Fangxiang shipping culture; It aims to create a modern urban fabric, expressing the theme of Fuzhou Bay's sea silk dream through fluid patterns and colors.

作为一个引入了现代商业街区理念城市旅游度假综合体开发项目。除首开区以外还将打造200万方城市文旅综合体，规划“主题乐园、科技潮流、温泉度假、都市休闲”四大板块，全业态涵盖了餐饮、娱乐、购物等多种功能，使得游客在此能够享受一站式的旅游体验。作为未来的超级城市综合体，泰禾福州湾的重磅配套，在福州无出其右者。

In addition to the first opening area, a 2 million square meter urban cultural and tourism complex will be built, and four major sections of "theme park, science and technology trend, hot spring vacation, and urban leisure" will be planned, covering a variety of functions such as catering, entertainment and shopping, so that tourists can enjoy a one-stop tourism experience here. As a future super urban complex, Taiho Fuzhou Bay's heavy supporting facilities are unparalleled in Fuzhou.

设计注重自然元素的引导，将石林、珍木、小桥、流水移入都市一隅，让人们在钢筋水泥的城市丛林中感受高山流水、鸟语花香，在车水马龙附近感受奇石熔岩、千年珍木所带来的原始与安宁。设计理念与实际施工相结合，确保了项目的顺利进行，力求为游客带来了一次难忘的度假体验。

The design pays attention to the guidance of natural elements, moving stone forests, rare trees, small bridges and flowing water into a corner of the city, allowing people to feel the mountain flowing water, birds and flowers in the reinforced concrete urban jungle, and feel the primitiveness and tranquility brought by strange stone lava and thousand-year-old rare wood near the traffic. The combination of the design concept and the actual construction ensures the smooth progress of the project and strives to bring visitors an unforgettable holiday experience.

第三篇章结语｜ CONCLUSION PHASE III

更加关注于项目的特点，创造具有地方性特色的景观空间。

注重可持续发展和生态保护，实现项目的长期可持续发展。

自2014年至今，我们经历了三个明显差异且特色鲜明的发展阶段。在每一个阶段，我们的核心特征都显著显现：

2014-2016，初始阶段的“重”文旅阶段，我们注重发掘并运用多样化的文化资源，

2016-2018，后来的“精”文旅阶段，我们以深度和精细塑造独特的文旅景观，为游客带来全新体验，

2018-2022 ，如今的“融”文旅阶段，我们致力于将各类文化元素和谐融合，塑造充满吸引力的新型文旅景观。

在这个过程中，我们的设计理念和方法也在不断调整和完善，以适应日益变化的市场需求。

From 2014 to 2016, in the initial stage of "heavy" cultural tourism, we focused on discovering and using diverse cultural resources.

From 2016 to 2018, in the later stage of "fine" cultural tourism, we shaped the unique cultural tourism landscape with depth and fineness, bringing a new experience to tourists.

From 2018 to 2022, in today's "fusion" stage of cultural tourism, we are committed to harmoniously integrating various cultural elements to create an attractive new cultural tourism landscape.
